Scott:
I was at Sam’s house screwing around on the acoustic guitar and showing off as I often do and I came up with the most mundane and ridiculous chorus lyric I could possibly think of.. The song came together really organically and led to me and Sam writing an entire albums worth of songs.

Sam:
The hook line from this song was the basis of this entire record. It came from a night of sitting around drinking and dicking around with a guitar. Scott came up with the line "I need you now like a Welshman needs a brolly, sorry I'm such a wally" and was immediately wanting to write a song. Which became an EP... Which became a 14 song album...
