Probably the hardest song on the record to write, I had a ton of ideas for music that just weren’t coming together. About 1am and ten cups of tea in something clicked… I had the chorus hook kicking around for a long time but Sam came in and wrote some great lyrics for the verse. We kept it brief, just like our summers…
